What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team: Streamline workflows, manage calendars, and ensure efficient execution of all sales-related tasks.
- Drive sales success: Assist with booking processes, analyse revenue data, and update key advertising metrics to optimize performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct competitor research, update sales presentations, and identify new selling opportunities through desk research.
- Build strong relationships: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive connections.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency: Manage advertising inventory, oversee the invoicing process, and provide general administrative support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven administrative expertise: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Technical proficiency: Mastery of MS Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Analytical mindset: A knack for data analysis and the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
