Mechanical Surveyor – Up to £50 per hour (Inside IR35) 37.5 hours pw – field based (head offices in Nottingham and Birmingham) Initial 6 Month Contract (potential temp-to-perm opportunity)
Ford & Stanley are seeking a Mechanical Surveyor to work for a multi-disciplinary consultative business committed to delivering high-quality services across various sectors. Our team operates in Birmingham and Nottingham, extending our expertise throughout Warwickshire, Coventry, and Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual surveys of mechanical systems and equipment
- Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings
- Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively
- Surveying hospital equipment (desired but not essential)
Essential Skills & Experiences:
- Qualified Mechanical Surveyor
- Proven experience in conducting visual surveys and report writing
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience surveying in the healthcare sector is desired but not essential
Desirable Qualifications:
- NVQ level and upwards
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
