Threat Intelligence Analyst

Forces leavers, ex-military personnel or threat intelligence specialists with a passion for cyber security required to strengthen defenses in critical UK infrastructure. Extensive training provided.

The Opportunity

The Company

Ford & Stanley are partnered with a key player in the Energy Sector. Due to continued growth and demand, they are looking to expand their Cyber Security team to help keep national critical infrastructure secure.

The leadership team place a high value on finding organized and disciplined individuals for their cyber growth plans, and so have focused their search on ex Forces, ex-Military and Threat Intelligence professionals.

The Role

The Threat Intelligence Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting intelligence data with a view to identify any potential threats and vulnerabilities in a proactive manner.

You will directly report and present findings to the Cyber Leadership Team from thorough malware analysis.

You will be making sure the team take all necessary actions to keep infrastructure safe.

  • Offering between £40,000 & £50,000 dependant on level of experience


  • Lancashire offices – Hybrid working (2-3 days onsite per week)
  • More flexibility is on offer as the role progresses

Essential Criteria

  • Military, Forces or Threat Intelligence background
  • Good understanding of Cyber Security Principles
  • Confident communicator – ability to back your opinion based off thorough research
  • Desirable – Cyber Quals & Certifications
