They can access most structures using ropes, diving or confined spaces techniques and also remotely operated aerial vehicles. Having also recently been acquired by a £multi-hundred-million turnover group, they are able to offer their customers an even wider array of asset and risk management services.
The Opportunity: As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor joining this exciting business, you will be reporting directly into the Head of Contract Management and will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management function for a multitude of framework agreements across the rail, civil engineering, marine and defence sectors, covering the entirety of the UK.
As Senior Commercial Manager, you will ensure that all commercial and operational cost control processes are followed at all times, exhibit strong commercial management behaviours, accurately record revenue, and cost against contracts and ensure all billings are completed on time and are correct. This will also be a client facing role, so solid stakeholder management skills will be key.
With regards to development, the company have ambitious (but achievable) growth plans in which your contribution will be greatly rewarded. Likewise, you will also be presented with the opportunity to progress through the ranks and diversify your skillset.
- A competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
