Ford and Stanley Recruitment are working with a leading business management consultancy who hold a gold level standard in investing in its own people. Founded in 1997, they are now a team of 18 strong and hold a 14-year average length of service. The 3 main departments are Procurement & Contracts, Energy and Health & Safety.
Due to planned retirement and business growth, they are seeking to recruit one experienced Consultant and one Junior consultant working within the First Quality Solutions Division, reporting to the Managing Director. The successful candidates will be responsible for the effective development, implementation, and subsequent management of a broad range of management standards with both existing and new clients.
Are you someone who would like build relationships through a professional yet non-corporate consultancy model and support clients with the development, project management and implementation of new or existing quality management systems? You will have the opportunity to shadow leading consultants in the industry and attend training programs to obtain additional standard qualifications.
Salary Banding
Consultant: £35,000- £40,000
Junior: £27,000- £30,000

Location
- Offices are Derby
- Hybrid is an option (most consultants work from home or are on site with clients), Consultants manage own diaries.
- Most clients are Derby/ Midlands based.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support clients with the development, project management and implementation of new or existing management systems.
- Support both client internal and external audits.
- Build relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business and offer solutions.
- Reciprocal sharing of knowledge and experience with colleagues.
- Identify and develop new service offerings.
- Contribute to company growth and objectives.
The Candidate
- A practical working knowledge of ISO Standards and their benefits to clients.
- Experience with part or all of the following Standard’s ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 44001.
- A proactive self-starter with both a management and hands on approach, able to build relationships both within and external to the Company
- Self-motivated, dynamic and personable with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Relevant professional qualification.
- Strong MS Office skills in particular Word and Excel.

Essential (Senior)
- A practical working knowledge of ISO Standards and their benefits to clients.
- Experience with part or all of the following Standard’s. Essential: ISO 9001. Desirable : ISO 27001, ISO 22301,ISO 44001.
- Able to build relationships both internally and externally- this is essential as they will be representing the business to clients.
- Implementation of quality management systems experience.
Essential (Junior)
- Basic understanding of ISO Standards and their benefits to clients.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Able to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Soft skills are the key for the junior role.
