Ford & Stanley – The Rail Recruitment Experts are recruiting a HR Advisor for a Global Rubber Products Supplier.

The Opportunity

Ford & Stanley Recruitment are working with a global provider in technologically advanced vibration control, rubber fabrication and bonding solutions on their search for a HR Advisor with IT skills and the drive to take ownership of company processes as well as their own career.

Taking ownership for their Time & Attendance data and processes, the successful applicant will be tasked with increasing efficiencies across multiple sites through utilising the existing T&A systems functionalities.

The career trajectory for this role is substantial, not only able to become the HR systems expert in the UK but potentially to also develop their career with the global brand. The role may also progress into a generalist HRBP role so there are lots of opportunities to make this role your own.



Role and Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing time and attendance systems; inputting data and ensuring the accuracy of records.
  • Using IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages to develop HR systems and processes, modernising the HR function.
  • End to end processing of starters, leavers and contractual changes, including preparing and issuing paperwork and ensuring compliance.

 The Candidate

The successful candidate will have some HR experience, as well as an understanding of HR principles such as working time regulations, but their strength will be in IT systems.

Working in a dispersed HR function, confidence to be the face of HR on-site will be required coupled with the curiosity to engage your HR colleagues and ask for assistance where required. The team work in a very collaborative manner so somebody who fits into this culture is required.


  • Some HR experience or understanding of issues such as working time regulations.
  • IT skills and experience.


  • CIPD Level 3
