Service Engineer

The Situation

Ford and Stanley are currently partnered with a leading manufacturer of Liquid handling products. Holding an exceptional reputation in the market, they are known for their high quality and product design, often considered the “Apple” of lab equipment. They have seen consistent growth since their founding and have manufacturing capabilities in both Switzerland and the US, their ambition over the next 5 years is to become a household name in the Liquid handling product area and remain competitive against the big industry names.


Due to a recent promotion in the Service team, they are looking for a Field Service Engineer to bolster their technical service capabilities. As part of the service team, you will gain exceptional product knowledge and provide expert calibration, repairs, and troubleshooting on a range of liquid handling products. The business is in a key period of growth, with ambitions to double its UK-based team in the next 5 years, and is looking for like-minded professionals to join their journey.

Skills & Attributes

  • Experience servicing, calibrating, or repairing Lab Machinery
  • Willingness to travel nationally as the role demands.
  • Experience with Liquid Handling equipment is highly desirable
