Enthusiastic Facilities Technician required to service and maintain all of the parks features at a major attraction that is heavily investing in expanding its 300-acre facility, and their staff, to create a magical guest experience.
The Situation:
Working within the facilities and estates department, the Facilities Technician will be supporting a team that has a large and varied set of assets including: swimming pools, arcades, animal enclosures and hotels. There is a real sense of working to enhance the customer experience through the staff and the client will invest in training and development for anyone who shows willing and wants to expand on their trade skills.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Support with all aspects of Park and equipment maintenance.
- Planned and Reactive Maintenance
The Candidate:
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Self-motivated and hard working
Essentials & Desirables:
- A good working knowledge of related health, safety and legislation relating to facilities is highly beneficial.
- You will have completed a trade – based apprenticeship or have 3 years minimum experience in a wide variety of multi – trade work.
- A peoples person, friendly and happy to engage with the public and deliver an excellent level of customer service.
Shift pattern:
6:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00
Working every other weekend

Salary:
£25,000 – £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
