Are you looking for the opportunity to run operations as a Depot Manager, working for one of the leading Train Operating Companies at their pilot depot?
Ford & Stanley – The Rail Recruitment Experts are recruiting a Depot Manager for one of the UK’s largest Train Operating Companies working out of the Liverpool area.
The successful candidate will be working on CAF fleets 331’s, 319, 769’s ensuring that all maintenance and service is commencing to schedule. They will be taking charge in overseeing the day to day work and being the point of contact for many other senior members of staff. Whilst this is an initial 3 month interim contract, there is a possibility of extension in the form of TTP, FTC or permanent for the right person.
Liverpool – Allerton
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the maintenance and services of all fleets on site are on schedule.
- Ensuring safety and effectiveness of operations.
- Provide leadership and direction to all production areas.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a senior management role, having to plan and oversee the day to day workload of the depot. They must be knowledgeable in the rail industry
- Rail industry experience
- Senior leadership experience
- Planning ability
- Previous Depot Manager experience
- Degree educated in Engineering
- NEBOSH Certificate
£500 – £600 per day inside IR35 contract.
