The Opportunity
Ford & Stanley Digital are currently partnered with the one of the largest train operating companies in the UK to find a confident and astute Cyber Security Analyst. Our client is focused on the continual improvement and strengthening of their IT security at all levels. Due to an internal promotion, our client are looking for a cyber security professional who can take ownership of a number of IT security development processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for the overall protection and security of systems through Email Protection, Threat Mitigation, Vulnerability Management and Incident Response. This poses as an opportunity for a Cyber Security Professional to grow their career and specialise across a range of cyber security tools & procedures. You will focus on the use of security tools and resources to monitor suspicious events, providing context, root cause and provide regular updates/modifications to the existing systems and procedures, and be responsible for the management of the online cyber training platform
Ideal Candidate
- Experience within a Cyber Security Team
- Good IT & Infrastructure Knowledge
- Practical ability in mitigating security threats
Salary
- £50,000 – £55,000
