Continuous Improvement Manager

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum, £6,500 car allowance, 20% Bonus plus package

Continuous Improvement Manager required to implement major cultural change and identify improvement activities for blue-chip logistics and engineering organisation.

The client wants to evolve their engineering operations through a professionalised approach to business improvement activities. To achieve this, they need an experienced continuous improvement specialist to drive the cultural change.

The Opportunity

Travel required across mainly Midland’s based depots, occasionally further afield.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Successfully delivering cradle to grave Continuous Improvement projects
  • Deliver a change mindset to the site, bringing staff along on the journey
  • Actively get involved and lead the delivery of continuous improvement activities
  • Analyse data, suggestions, business intelligence to prioritise improvement projects


  • Proven experience of delivering continuous improvement projects
  • Experience working in an industrial engineering environment
  • Able to clearly showcase empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Continuous Improvement related qualifications e.g. Six Sigma
