Commercial Lead

Situation:
We are working with a forward thinking company who require an experienced Commercial Lead within the Industrial sector, to lead a team, and also have capability to manage all commercial aspects.

Opportunity for role of Commercial Lead:
In your role as Senior Ecologist, you’ll ensure that reporting and mapping reports are complete and up to date and conduct regular fieldwork, sometimes independently.

Key Criteria for the role of Commercial Lead:
The Commercial Lead must have a proven track record working in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years, and demonstrated experience in fieldwork, including habitat and bat surveys.

Essential for Commercial Lead: 

• Knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, pipework, electrical, instrumentation, access, insulation, painting within Industrial sector (power, chemical, oil, gas)
• Over 5 years experience in a senior commercial role on major capital projects (several hundred million to over billion pounds)
• Must have experience of major EPC or EPCM contracts either client or contractor

Desirable for Commercial Lead:

• Ideally have working knowledge of the ICHEME form of contract
• Strong commercial background ideally client side
