This is a full-time, field-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Location: Nationwide (Various Locations)

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About Our Client

A family-run business, they are known for recruiting and retaining top talent and for delivering premium service to their customers. They are now expanding their team and seeking experienced Domestic Appliance Engineers in multiple locations across the UK.

Their core business is repairing white goods appliances for a diverse customer base, including private consumers, letting agents, housing associations, and insurance companies. They achieve success through their highly skilled in-house engineers and a reliable network of contractors.

About the Role

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be the face of the UK’s most respected appliance repair brand. You will visit customer properties to diagnose and repair various types of appliances. With a reputation for excellence, our client prides itself on delivering top-tier customer service, and as an engineer, you’ll play a key role in upholding that standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs on a wide range of domestic appliances.
• Visiting customers’ homes and properties to diagnose and fix issues.
• Delivering excellent customer service to uphold the company’s strong reputation.
• Managing your workload efficiently with well-planned daily schedules.
• Utilizing bespoke software systems to handle repair information and administrative tasks.
